Graduation Exhibit: 'My UWI - Experience the Journey'

We invite you to participate in bringing your vision to life! Pop into the museum and experience the journey, take a photo and share your UWI experience! Our cameo exhibition, ‘My UWI – Experience the Journey’ focuses on The UWI’s academic dress traditions from the perspective of The UWI student. Posed on display at The UWI Museum are the original matriculation, graduate and graduation gowns worn and donated by former students dating from 1949 when UWI was UCWI, to the current gown worn by students graduating in 2016. It brings to life the vision each student has when embarking on a degree of higher education; graduation day.
The museum is open on Monday through Friday from 10 am to 4 pm. Photographs will be taken throughout the day.  Entrance to the ‘My UWI – Experience the Journey’ exhibit is free (donations are kindly accepted)
