Professor Neville DuncanNeville Duncan holds the BSc in Economics & MSc Government Degrees (University of the West Indies), and PhD from the Manchester University, England. He is a retired Professor in Caribbean Policy Studies, and a former Director of SALISES, UWI, Jamaica. A political scientist, Professor Duncan has researched and published on Caribbean Government and Politics, political economy, poverty, community empowerment, and non-governmental organizations, and on issues of international relations and development. He is the author/editor of nine (9) books or monographs, twenty three (23) reports, 70+ academic and scholarly articles, several published other research, and hundreds of papers and manuscripts and Managing Director/ Owner of the Better Bee Supplies and Services Co. Ltd.
