Today's challenging economic environment demands a new young generation of dynamic, pragmatic individuals, unafraid to confront and devise solutions to the problems facing our Caribbean societies. Students like Richard Sutherland, pursuing the Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Economics and Social Statistics (BESS), are being prepared to craft new approaches to developing and implementing the programmes which will result in sustainable economic growth. In preparation for taking his place as a leader in society, Richard has also served as Student representative, President of the Faculty's Honours Society and President of the Young Investors' Club.
