The Master in Business Management (MBM), offered by the Mona School of Business & Management, is designed specifically for persons who are interested in entrepreneurial activities or in gaining some direct work experience.

The programme emphasizes both core business concepts and practical dimensions of business management, reinforced with a strong experiential learning approach.  The MBM is aimed at students like outstanding member of the Jamaica Netball Sunshine Girls team, Malysha Kelly, who are able to self-select into either an entrepreneurial or an internship stream which has been modeled from programmes in some of the top international universities.

The programme is offered full time over 18 months. During this period, participants may be exposed to pre-employment experience, project based apprenticeship, and the fundamental areas of entrepreneurial finance and resource mobilization, equipping them with skills to   start new ventures or to become corporate entrepreneurs.
