The HeARTS Against Cancer Foundation will be hosting a charity event for 18 year old Kirby Campbell - a student of the University of the West Indies who is battling a rare muscle cancer.
The event, dubbed an evening of the arts is scheduled for April 13 at the Rex Multi – Purpose Room at 6:00 p.m., at a cost of $300 for students with ID and $500 for non-students.
The HeARTS Against Cancer fundraiser has been planned to assist Kirby Campbell's family in funding various treatments and surgeries for Kirby, while providing entertainment for her friends, family and well-wishers.
The line-up for the show includes nine performances, some of which will be done by the UWI Choral, D Burns, Flash Mob, and The Company Dance Theatre. The show promises to be a good event, but an even greater source of hope for the Campbell family.
