The University of the West Indies Press will host its tenth Great Book Sale from Monday, September 27, to Friday, October 1, 2004 from 9:00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. daily. The venue is the Old Dramatic Theatre on the Mona Campus. The Press will have on sale over 220 titles in eleven subject areas, which will appeal to students at the tertiary level, and particularly those who are taking CXC and CAPE examinations in Caribbean History. There will also be titles for the general reader. The University of the West Indies Press was founded in October 1992 and is regarded as the premier academic publisher in the Caribbean.
