25th Anniversary of the Learning Resource Centre at the Cave Hill Campus
The Learning Resource Centre at the Cave Hill Campus of The University of the West Indies is celebrating its 25th Anniversary during the academic year 2004 – 2005. One of the activities identified to mark this milestone will be the publication of a peer reviewed collection of papers that examine or reflect on any aspect or educational, instructional, learning and information support services in tertiary institutions in development countries. The commemorative publication will be titled “New Directions in University Education – Perspectives from the Developing World”. Researchers and practitioners with experience in libraries, archives and tertiary level educational institutions in the developing world are invited to submit papers for possible inclusion in this publication which is scheduled to appear in late 2005.
