A Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Professor Emeritus, the Hon. Gladstone Mills will be held on Wednesday, October 6, at the University Chapel, beginning at 3:30 p.m. Professor Mills established an international reputation for his work in Public Administration and served the University for some thirty years.
