The Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social and Economic Studies (SALISES) in collaboration with The University of the West Indies HIV/AIDS Response Programme (UWI HARP) will host a seminar on Wednesday, October 20, 2004 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Seminar will feature a presentation on “The Economic Impact of HIV/AIDS in the Caribbean: The Case of Suriname and Guyana.” The guest speaker will be Mr. Roger McLean, Lecturer in the Health Economics Unit located on the St. Augustine campus. The venue is the SALISES Conference Room 1 (Upstairs the Documentation and Data Centre), Faculty of Social Sciences. All are invited.
