The Department of Community Health and Psychiatry, UWI, Mona and Action Ageing Jamaica, invite applications for the five month course in "Community Care of the Elderly in the Caribbean", for the period January 24 to June 24, 2005. The full-time course is designed to meet the needs of persons who have special interest in working with the elderly or who already work with the elderly at the level of direct care or in administration or supervision of age care work.
