The Internal Telephone Directory for the Mona Campus is now available online to all. It provides you with up-to-date information as it is recorded in the personnel records in the Peoplesoft application. This instant-update campus directory is available in two forms:
1. As a searchable file on the Internet
2. As an e-book (PDF file) on the Mona Intranet
SEARCH - To access the directory in search mode, go to UWI Mona’s homepage http://www.mona.uwi.edu and click on the menu item Search. (Indeed you can access the Search item from any Campus main page.) Here you can search for any person by entering the information in any or both of the last two boxes as shown below, or you can search for a department’s numbers by filling in the middle box.
E-BOOK - The PDF is available at http://www.mona.uwi.edu/directory/directory.pdf However, if you are on campus, type http://www.intranetin the address bar of your internet browser, then select Download the Campus Internal Telephone Directory (Acrobat Format) from the screen list which is presented. Using the left-hand screen column you may navigate to the department you are looking for.
