We have experienced many upheavals during this semester. Self-care becomes even more important during times of change. During the last week have you
- taken some time to relax
- gotten sufficient sleep
- exercised at least three times for not less than twenty minutes
- had at least one healthy, balanced meal each day?
If you answered “no” to one or more of the above, then choose to care for yourself this week. Pull out your diary now and make a note of when and where you will do your self-care activity this week.
