The University of the West Indies and the Scientific Research Council of Jamaica have signed an agreement which will facilitate collaboration on research between the two institutions. The agreement formalises the working relationship which has existed between the UWI and the SRC and provides a framework for five years of collaboration in the areas of scientific research and training. The agreement will facilitate the exchange of personnel to support training and development of programmes in the two institutions. There will also be an exchange of academic and research material and joint research projects, activities and publications.
