In keeping with the Wellness Promotion Drive on the Mona Campus, the University Health Centre will be hosting a Breast Cancer Screening session on Thursday, January 27 from 10:00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. The Mobile Mammography Unit of the Jamaica Cancer Society will be at the Health Centre performing mammograms and there will also be educational videos on show and handouts available. Persons will also have an opportunity to discuss concerns about breast cancer with medical staff. Persons wishing to make appointments should contact the Billing Office at the Health Centre by Friday, January 21. Clients should be aged 35 years and over and should not have had a mammogram in the past year.
