The Caribbean Centre of Excellence for Teacher Training (CETT) will hold its Annual Directors Conference at the Knutsford Court Hotel in Kingston beginning Monday May 9, through to Friday, May 13. The Opening Ceremony for the Conference takes place on Tuesday, May 10 with guest speaker, Minister of Education, Youth and Culture, the Hon. Maxine Henry Wilson. The Centres of Excellence for Teacher Training is an hemispheric initiative with centres in South America, Central America and the Caribbean. The Conference brings together directors and key members of the implementation teams of each of the three centres as well as USAID personnel from Washington and the countries in which the project implementation unit of the three centres is located. The conference ends on Friday and the closing session will be addressed by UWI Vice Chancellor, Professor E. Nigel Harris.
