The Executive Committee of the World Conference of the Association of Theological Institutions (WOCATI) will be meeting in Jamaica from July 2 – 7. WOCATI is a worldwide theological organization which is associated with the United Theological College of the West Indies and St. Michaels Theological College in Jamaica, St. John Vianney in Trinidad and Codrington College in Barbados. In connection with the visit, the United Theological College of the West Indies will be hosting a symposium with the theme, “Theological Education and the Mission of the Church” on Monday, July 4, at 5:30p.m. at the UTC. The panelists will be President of the World Conference of the Association of Theological Institutions Dr. Petros Vassiliades of the Greek Orthodox Church, and UTC’s President, Dr. Lewin Williams. Interested persons are invited to attend.
