Work Place Satisfaction Survey
The Mona Campus first ever Work Place Satisfaction Survey is now being conducted at Mona as part of the Campus’ strategic transformation process in all departments amongst all categories of staff – academic, administrative and service.
The Stone Organization has been commissioned to carry out the Survey, which is designed to get the views of employees on a range of issues, including conditions on the Campus, as well as on ways in which the Campus may better respond to the needs of Jamaican and the wider Caribbean society. It is expected that interviews of staff members by Stone teams will be completed during October and early November.
Thereafter, the Stone Organization will report its findings to the University community.
The process is being carried out in consultation with the WIGUT, UAWU, the MONATS and the Campus Faculty Boards.
It is being supervised by the Campus Strategic Transformation Team (STT) set up in January 2005 by Academic Board and the Finance and General Purposes Committee, Mona .The Survey findings will inform the work of the STT and all employees are being encouraged to participate.
