Candidates writing examinations during December 2005 are requested to collect their examination cards at the Dramatic Theatre from Monday, November 14 to Friday, November 18, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. each day. Candidates in the Faculty of Pure and Applied Sciences may collect their cards on Monday; those in the Faculty of Humanities and Education should collect their cards on Tuesday; Social Sciences students should make their collection on Wednesday and those in the Faculty of Medical Sciences may collect their examination cards on Thursday. Cards for all Faculties will be distributed on Friday, November 18. Candidates must present a valid UWI identification card for this purpose.
In order to facilitate candidates, particularly part-time students who may be unable to collect their cards at the specified times, cards will be issued at the Examinations Section from 11:00 a. m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday November 19, and from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday November 20.
All candidates are advised to check their examination cards carefully and to report any errors to the Student Records Unit of the Registry, where verification will be done and a new card supplied by the Examinations Section if necessary. Please note that candidates will not be allowed to write examinations unless they display their examination cards and their UWI identification cards at each examination.
Candidates are further asked to note that if they collect their examination cards after Monday November 21, they will be required to pay a fine of $500.00. Students are therefore urged to make every effort to collect their cards on time.
