The University of the West Indies is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Stafford Griffith as Professor of Research Measurement and Education in the Institute of Education at Mona, with effect from November 1. Professor Griffith has over 36 years of combined work experience in teaching, curriculum development, measurement and evaluation and programme planning and management. He has served as a resource person in a number of regional and national curriculum development, teacher training and measurement and evaluation activities and as a consultant to a number of international organizations. Prior to joining the staff of the UWI, Professor Griffiths served as Pro Registrar at the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC).
