The Mona School of Business, the Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social and Economic Studies, the Department of Government and the Centre for Leadership and Governance will host the launch of “Jamaica: the Way Forward” on Thursday, February 16, at 3:00p.m. in the Social Sciences Lecture Theatre. The main speaker at the function will be Prof. the Hon. Rex Nettleford, Vice Chancellor Emeritus. Jamaica: The Way Forward is a publication of presentations by Bruce Golding, M.P Leader of the Jamaica Labour Party, and candidates for the presidency of the Peoples’ National Party; Dr. the Hon. Peter Phillips, Dr. the Hon. Omar Davies, Dr. Karl Blythe M.P and Hon. Portia Simpson-Miller. These were made at the Political Leadership Forum 2005 held on the Mona Campus between March and May 2005. The book also includes the questions asked and answers given at each of the presentations.
