CARIMAC Entrance Test for Admission in September 2006

Applicants to the University of the West Indies who are interested in pursuing the Media and Communication major as well as current UWI students wishing to transfer from other majors are required to sit an entrance test for entry into the Caribbean Institute of Media and Communication (CARIMAC). The test will be administered on Friday, April 7 from 10.00 a.m. to 12 noon at the UWI Assembly Hall, for St Andrew and surrounding parishes, and at the Montego Bay Community College, for persons in St James and surrounding parishes. All candidates must take their offer letter and/or proof of application to UWI and a valid identification card to the test. Successful candidates who do not matriculate for the UWI cannot be admitted to the CARIMAC programme.
