Yoga and Stress Management

The Wellness Task Force, as part of its mandate to enhance wellness among staff and students at the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus will a series of classes in Yoga as a Tool for Stress Management, beginning Tuesday, April 4. There will be two groups with classes offered on Tuesdays or Thursdays for a period of five weeks, from 5:45 a.m. to 6:45 a.m. The venue will be the Indoor Gymnasium beside the pool at the Mona Bowl. Space is limited so interested persons are encourage to register early via email to asngela.gordon@uwimona.edu.jm by Friday March 31, 2006.
