Applications for 2007 Fulbright/LASPAU Scholarship

The US Embassy Office of Public Affairs would like to bring to your attention the 2007 Fulbright/LASPAU (Latin American Scholarship Program of American Universities) Faculty Development Program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. Scholarships are available for full-time lecturers at tertiary level institutions in Jamaica to undertake master's- or doctoral-level study at U.S. universities beginning in August/September, 2007.

All applicants need to complete the online application. This will allow officials at the Office of Public Affairs of the U.S. Embassy, the U.S. Department of State, and the LASPAU office in Cambridge, Massachusetts, to view applicant records the day they are submitted and to communicate electronically with applicants. Applications should be submitted electronically no later than Tuesday, May 2, 2006 (no late applications will be entertained). Applicants should carefully follow the instructions provided at the web address. Once you have submitted your application, you can return to the online application website to check the status of your application and verify that any supplemental documents you provide have been received.
