The Graduate Research Clinic for Graduate Researchers at all stages of qualitative and quantitative research will be held from June 1 – June 27 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. This four-week intensive course is designed to address various issues involved in conducting research and writing, including: Time Management, Planning your research, Writing the thesis, Writing for Publication, Preparing for the Viva and Enhancing Presentation Skills. The sessions will be interactive and learner-centred. The approach will give participants the opportunity to be coached through the various stages of their individual research project.
The main presenters include Dr. Karen Carpenter, Dr. Jean Johnson, and Professor Mervyn Alleyne. Guest presenters will also facilitate specialist classes in research methodologies. The cost is $15,000 and the deadline for registration is Friday, May 26.
