Mona School of Business Short courses
The Mona School of Business, the premier business education institution in Jamaica, is offering a series of short courses in several areas of business management. Designed to meet the needs of the business community, the courses will provide executives, managers and other senior staff in private and public sector companies with the tools to sharpen or acquire the skills required for success in today’s competitive business environment.
"Business Communication, Managing Meetings, Negotiation and Project Management are among the subjects covered. Skills in Critical Reading for Busy Professionals will begin on July 2.
The other courses to be offered are: Skills in Critical Thinking for Busy Professionals; Critical Listening Skills for Managers; Effective Public Speaking; Project Management; Strategic Negotiations: Creating win-win Outcomes;; Communication in Organisations; Critical Thinking and Effective Writing for Managers; Creating High-Impact Presentations; Leading and Participating in Effective Meetings; Effective Report Writing; Strategies for Media Relations; Introduction to Proposal Writing and Social Etiquette for Business Success.
