Access Stickers for the 2006/2007 academic year will be distributed from the Human Resources Management Division (HRMD) between 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. daily beginning Wednesday, August 2, 2006. Please note that current stickers will expire on September 30, 2006. After that date, vehicles with any other than the 2006/2007 stickers will not be allowed access to the campus via the Queen’s Way entrance, nor be able to use the Aqueduct gate to the hospital. Persons who are renewing their stickers should present their valid staff identification card and vehicle registration number to collect the new stickers at the HRMD. Members of staff who are registering their vehicle for the first time, or who have changed their vehicle, must complete the Vehicle Registration Form available from the HRMD or it may be downloaded from www.mona.uwi.edu/hrd/forms/index.htm. The completed form must be presented to the HRMD at least one day prior to collection of the sticker.
