The Mona School of Business has announced the award of the Kenneth Hall Scholarship for 2006 to Miss Simone Forbes as well as the Scotiabank Jamaica Foundation/Sir Alister McIntyre Scholarship to Miss Nicola Green. The awards were presented on Wednesday, July 19 at an awards ceremony held at the School. The Kenneth Hall Scholarship recognises the achievements of the Governor General of Jamaica, the Most Hon. Professor Kenneth Hall who served previously as Pro Vice Chancellor and Principal of the UWI, Mona Campus. It is awarded to a student with an excellent academic record who requires financial assistance in order to pursue career goals and dreams. The Scotiabank Jamaica Foundation/Sir Alister McIntyre Scholarship is donated to a full-time student at the Mona School of Business.
