Fee Payment Deadlines
The second semester for the 2006/7 academic year officially begins on Sunday, January 14 while teaching resumes Monday, January 15. The University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, wishes to advise that all tuition and Hall fees (where applicable) for the second semester become due and payable at the start of the semester. Registration without penalty is allowed up to Friday, January 19. Late registration and the applicable penalty of a fee of J$1000 as well as a fine of one per cent (1%) of outstanding tuition fees apply as of Monday, January 22. All fees must be paid in full no later than Tuesday, January 30. Students who still have not met their financial obligation to the University will be given Compulsory Leave of Absence as of February 1.
Tuition, Halls of Residence and Late Fees may be paid at any branch of Paymaster, National Commercial Bank or Bill Express island wide. Students may also use the UWI’s e-commerce facility to make payments. Further information on the payment facilities may be obtained from the UWI’s website.
