The Jamaican Language Unit (JLU), Department of Language Linguistics and Philosophy invites all postgraduate students to participate in a series of Graduate Training Workshops. These workshops are divided into four stages and are designed to address various issues involved in conducting research and writing. Stage one workshops are designed to assist postgraduate researchers in the planning and design of their research.
The first workshop will be held on Friday, September 22 in the Graduate Conference Room in the Faculty of Humanities and Education. The topic will be “The Nature of Graduate Research and Supervision.” Upcoming workshops in Stage one will be held each Friday thereafter until October 6.
