The University of the West Indies Distance Education Centre (UWIDEC) will co- host a media launch along with the Commonwealth of Learning (COL) on Monday, October 2 at 2:30 pm to announce the Fourth Pan Commonwealth Forum (PCF4) on Open Learning which will take place at the Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort, Ocho Rios, on October 30 to November 3. Philbert Dhyll, Assistant Chief Education Officer, Tertiary Unit at the Ministry of Education and Youth will be in attendance to represent his ministry. The media launch will be via video conference with Professor Stewart Marshall, UWIDEC Director and co-chair of the Forum as the main speaker along with a representative from COL who will be linked electronically.
