The Annual Symposium of the Lupus Foundation will be held on Sunday, October 29 at 1 pm at the Hilton Kingston Hotel located at 77 Knutsford Boulevard. The theme for the symposium is “You Are Not Alone.” Guest speakers at the event will be Dr. Karel DeCeulaer, Consultant Rheumatologist and President of the Lupus Foundation and Dr. Hugh Vaughan, Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon who will share on Arthritis and Lupus Eye Complications respectively. Additionally, Professor Graham Hughes, Director of the Lupus Unit, St. Thomas’ Hospital, London will deal with New Developments in SLE. All are invited to attend. The registration fee is J$300 while renewing and paid up members pay J$600 and J$100 correspondingly.
