The Office of Placement and Career Services continues its presentations on career development through the Annual World of Work Seminars. The topic being featured this Thursday, November 16 is “Financing your Business- Materializing Your Ideas.” Micah Davis, General Manager of the UWI (Mona) and Community Cooperative Credit Union Limited will make the presentation in Seminar Room 10 (SR10) at 3:00 p.m. The last of these seminars takes place next week where the topic Wealth Management: Ensuring Financial Success will be presented.
These series of seminars are aimed at assisting students (prospective employees) to develop skills and competencies needed to enhance their academics in order to be successful in the world of work.
