The University of the West Indies in partnership with the National Blood Transfusion Service is hosting another blood collection drive on Tuesday, November 28 from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. in the Assembly Hall, UWI, Mona Campus.
This Blood Drive is in response to the dire need of the country’s medical facilities for blood. This is a crisis which really affects every Jamaican. The University Health Centre invites everyone to help by giving the gift of Love, give blood this holiday season.
Low risk individuals, including professionals and tertiary level students are being targeted in an effort to increase the nation’s blood supply. Let us do our part in keeping the supply of blood adequate and safe.
