The Michael Manley Foundation hosts the Michael Manley Lecture 2006 at the LOJ Auditorium located at 28-48 Barbados Avenue, Kingston 5 on Sunday, December 10 at 4:30 p.m. The lecture will be given by Professor Manning Marable, Director of the Centre for Contemporary Black History, Columbia University. The topic of his lecture is: “Empire, Racism and Resistance: Prospects for a Democratic Future.”
