During this festive season various offices will be closed for a portion of the day to facilitate staff functions. To date, the schedule is as follows:
Monday, December 18:
• The Institute of Education, Radio Education Unit (REU) and The Institutional Advancement Division (IAD) will be closed as at 12 noon,
• The Office of the Vice Chancellor, Office of Administration and Institutional Advancement Division will be closed at 1:00 pm,
• The University Health Centre closes at 3:00 pm. In the case of emergencies please contact the University Hospital of the West Indies
Tuesday, December 19
• The Estate Management Department closes at 2:00 p.m. however emergencies may be reported to extension 2412
• The International Centre for Environmental and Nuclear Sciences (ICENS) will be closed at 12:30 p.m.
Wednesday, December 20
The University Bookshop will be closed at 11:00 am and the MITS Help Desk will be closed at 5:00 p.m.
Friday, December 22
• The Mona School of Business will be closed at 11:00 a.m.
