Fee Payment Deadlines
The second semester for the 2006/7 academic year officially began on Sunday, January 14 while teaching resumed on Monday, January 15. The University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, wishes to advise that all tuition and Hall fees (where applicable) for the second semester became due and payable at the start of the semester. Registration without penalty was allowed up to Friday, January 19.
Late registration and the applicable penalty of a fee of J$1000 and a fine of one per cent (1%) of outstanding tuition fees apply until Wednesday, January 31; when all fees must be paid in full. Students who still have not met their financial obligation to the University will be given Compulsory Leave of Absence as of February 1.
Tuition, Halls of Residence and Late Fees may be paid at any branch of Paymaster, National Commercial Bank or Bill Express island wide. Students may also use the UWI’s e-commerce facility to make payments.
