The University Health Centre will host a Breast Cancer Awareness Day on Thursday, March 22 between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm. In keeping with the day’s purpose the Mobile Mammography Unit team of the Jamaica Cancer Society will be at the Health Centre to perform mammograms. Educational videos will be shown and handouts provided, individuals will also have an opportunity to discuss concerns about breast cancer with the medical staff.

The cost of the mammogram is J $440.00 with your Blue Cross health insurance card. For additional information and/or to make an appointment please contact the Billings Office at the University Health Centre. The deadline for appointments is Friday, March 9.
