UWI Blood Drive
The University Health Centre will host its annual Blood Donation Drive aimed at promoting voluntary blood donation among the UWI community as a habit for life on Tuesday, March 27 and Wednesday, March 28 in the Assembly Hall. The Blood Drive is a collaborative effort among the University Health Centre, the National Blood Transfusion Bank (Blood Bank) and a group of final year Social Marketing students from Caribbean Institute of Media and Communication (CARIMAC) under the name IMPACT.
The Blood Drive began with a launch on Thursday, March 15, at 10:00 a.m. at the Multifunction Room of the Main Library, UWI, Mona.
UWI students and staff are encouraged to donate blood during the drive. The life you save may be your own.
