Wellness Tips

 Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. (WHO definition). Which of these dimensions do you most need to improve? What could you do to improve your well-being in that dimension? Make a commitment to carry out this behaviour and then share your plans with someone.

 Wellness is achieved by practising good habits and eliminating harmful ones. It requires taking positive control of lifestyle choices you can influence. What good wellness habits have you incorporated in your lifestyle? Take a moment to think about them and to congratulate yourself for being consistent in carrying them out. Recommit to doing them regularly.
