The sixth Annual Career in Ageing Week hosted by the Mona Ageing and Wellness Centre and Pan American Health Organization/ World Health Organization (PAHO/WHO) Collaborating Centre for Ageing and Health, Department of Community Health and Psychiatry runs from April 8– 14.
The week’s activities begin with an Opening Ceremony on Tuesday, April 10 at 10 am at Master of Public Health Building, Department of Community Health and Psychiatry.
Exhibitions on careers in ageing will be mounted in the Catalogue Area of the Main Library and the Mona Ageing and Wellness Centre’s auditorium. There will also be a Lunchtime Presentation on Thursday, April 12 titled “Burden of the Caregiver” by Mrs. Heather Fletcher, Head of Nursing, Northern Caribbean University.
