The Latin American-Caribbean Centre (LACC) initiates its Ambassadors' Lecture Series on Thursday, May 3 with a presentation by Venezuela on Venezuelan Politics in the Chávez era: Bolivarian Socialism and ALBA and Venezuela's Foreign Policy in Latin America and the Caribbean at 9.30 am in Room GLT1 in the Sir Alister McIntyre Building, Mona Campus.

The Mexican Ambassador will speak also on Mexican Perspectives on NAFTA and the Evolution of a North American Regional Identity on May 8 at 5.30pm in SR15 in the Faculty of Social Sciences, Mona.

The University community and particularly students from the Department of Government are invited to attend.
