The University Health Centre will be hosting “Breast Cancer Awareness Day” on Thursday, June 28, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Mobile Mammography Unit of the Jamaica Cancer Society will be providing mammography services as well as educational videos, brochures and an opportunity to discuss your concerns about breast cancer with the medical staff.

The cost of the mammogram is $440.00 with your health insurance card. A down payment of $200.00 is required to book a place and the remainder will be collected on the day of the test. This service is available to UWI staff and their dependents, students and retirees.
