“Gender, Sexuality and Wellness”

The Jamaica Psychiatric Association will host its annual conference on Sunday, August 19 at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel. The Conference theme is “Gender, Sexuality and Wellness.” Professor of Literary and Cultural Studies, UWI, Mona, Professor Carolyn Cooper will give the keynote address.

Psychiatrists, psychologists, medical doctors, mental health officers, nurses, guidance counsellors, other health professionals, and other interested individuals are invited to register and attend this Conference. The cost is J$2500 for medical doctors and J$2000 for other attendees. Five (5) CME Hours are awarded to medical practitioners for attending this conference.
