The Faculty of Pure and Applied Sciences hosts a series of Pre-Orientation Exercises for new students entering the Faculty in the 2008/9 academic year. The upcoming series takes place on July 21, 23 and 25 at the Physiology Lecture Theatre and July 28, 30 and 31 at the Interfaculty Lecture Theatre starting at 10 am daily. Students may contact the Main Office of the Faculty of Pure and Applied Sciences at telephone 977-1785, to be informed of their respective orientation date.

The exercise is aimed at familiarizing students with the Faculty and providing guidance regarding career selection, student matters and an introduction to the registration process. There will also be a brief tour of the Faculty.
