The Centre for Gender and Development Studies, Mona Unit will host the 10th Lucille Mathurin Mair lecture on Thursday, November 20, 2008 at 5pm at the Undercroft, UWI, Mona. The guest speaker will be Professor Elsa Leo-Rhynie, Professor Emerita, Professor of Gender and Development Studies and former Pro Vice Canhcellor and Principal, UWI Mona. The lecture is entitled ‘The UWI glass ceiling: splinters, cracks and scratches’.
