The University of the West Indies, Mona Campus wishes to advise that all administrative offices and teaching departments will be closed from 12.30 pm on New Year’s Eve, Wednesday, December 31, 2008 until Friday, January 2, 2009 when regular operations resume at 8:30 am.
The library hours (Main, Science and Medical) will be revised during the holiday period as follows:

| January 2, 2009 | Closed at 5:00 pm |
| January 3-4, 2009 | Closed ALL DAY |
| January 5-9, 2009 | Open at 8:30 am and close at 6 am the following day |
| January 10-11, 2009 | Closed ALL DAY |
Regular opening hours for the library resume on January 12, 2009.
The Overnight Reading Room in the Main Library will open except December 31, 2008 and January 1, 2009.
