The second Black Film Series hosted by UWI, Mona continues with the showing of the film, Power To The People: An Inside Look at the U.S. Black Panther Party Of the 1960s and the 1970s. The documentary contains rare footage that provides an inside perspective of this maligned Social Movement. The film will be shown on Friday, February 20, 2009 at 6 pm at the Neville Hall Lecture Theatre, UWI, Mona.

The public is invited. Admission is free.

The Series is organized by the Department of Sociology, Psychology and Social Work and ends on February 27.
