“Jamaica and the World: Issues of International Law” is the title of the 2009 Michael Manley Lecture being delivered by Professor Stephen Vasciannie, Principal, Norman Manley Law School. This eighth lecture takes place on Thursday, December 10, 2009 at 1 pm at the Executive Lecture Theatre, Sir Alister McIntyre Building. 
 
The Michael Manley Lecture is one of three annual events organised by the Michael Manley Foundation and is designed to preserve and promote the intellectual, political and philosophical legacy of the late former Prime Minister. The lecture commemorates the anniversary of the birth of the late Honourable Michael Manley.
