Due to the prevailing security and civil situation affecting the Corporate Area and sections of St. Catherine, along with the imposition of a Limited State of Emergency by the Government, the University Singers advises that its concert season scheduled to commence this Thursday May 27, 2010 has been postponed.

The concert season, “Ode to Prof”, has been rescheduled to commence on June 9, 2010 at the Philip Sherlock Centre for the Creative Arts, UWI Mona. This is contingent on an improvement in the security situation and a lifting of the State of Emergency. While the group would like to entertain and uplift the spirits at this time, the safety and security of its members and patrons is paramount.
