Rex Nettleford Hall Stages First Step: Karibbean Kamp 2010

The Rex Nettleford Hall stages its second annual “Karibbean Kamp” from July 5-30, 2010 on Monday to Friday at  8 am-3 pm daily at the Rex Nettleford Hall, UWI, Mona. The Camp offers a range of academic and co-curricular activities for children and teenagers. Offerings include subjects geared towards students intending to sit the Caribbean Examination Council in core courses including: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Information Technology and English Language. In addition the Camp provides early preparation for students who will sit the Grade Six Achievement Test. Co-curricular offerings will supplement the academics provided and include: swimming, art and craft, dance and music with the camp culminating with a Student Talent Fair and Grand Fair.
